Konsentus participated in the Smart Data Forum 2025 on 13 June at One America Square, London. The forum convened policymakers, industry leaders and innovators to explore the UK’s transition from open banking to a full open-data economy. Coming just days before the Data (Use and Access) Bill received Royal Assent on 19 June 2025, sessions examined how forthcoming smart-data schemes will hand consumers control of their information and reshape competition across sectors.
During the event, we shared our perspective on building safe, real-time, consent-driven data ecosystems – covering privacy, governance and industry readiness – and showed how Konsentus can help organisations comply and innovate in this new regulatory landscape.
Missed us on the day? We’d still love to discuss what the new legislation means for you. Please complete the form below and we’ll be in touch.
