To add your Personal Details to our marketing list, we rely on our legitimate interests (i.e., to correspond with interested parties). To process the Opinions of our contacts, we rely on our legitimate interests (i.e., to analyse market trends).
We do not sell personal information we collect about you. We may share your Personal Details to other entities within the Konsentus Group based in the EU and to service providers acting as processors (who provide services like mail administration and survey platform technology). We may also share reports and marketing materials containing data based on anonymised and aggregated Opinions to customers and partners overseas from time to time – but such data will not be attributable to you.
