Konsentus’ highly experienced team has a proven record in leading successful companies, an extensive commercial network and a strong understanding of financial services, payments and the nuances of regulation and RegTech.
Mike spent 17 years in the corporate world at board level which included being a director at Natwest Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland. He also founded and was CEO at Aconite, a global payments technology software company.
Brendan has held director roles in the banking industry including MBNA and Bank of America. He has also held senior roles within the payments industry for companies such as Datacard and Giesecke & Devrient UK.
Nicky is a B2B marketing expert with over 15 years’ experience in Financial services and payments. Her previous companies include Visa and Investec where she held senior marketing positions.
Peter is a payments & technology specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has held senior roles in technology, strategy, planning, and architecture at Visa Europe.
David is a ‘Big Four’ Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in SME businesses including 15 years in FinTech. He is ex FD of Proxama PLC and Aconite. His previous companies include Warner Music and Sega.
John is a payments professional with expertise in open banking and regulatory compliance. He previously held senior positions at Logica and EBA Clearing before moving to PRETA where he ran MyBank followed by OBE which was acquired by Konsentus in Jan 2021.
Kathy has extensive experience across financial services disciplines of building successful sales organisations globally. She held senior positions in Barclays and Citi Bank, along with other global payments and prepaid businesses including InComm and Travel Tags.
Paul is a Cyber-security, encryption and payments specialist with over 30 years’ experience in financial services. His past companies include Thales, Baltimore and Zergo.
Clare specialises in channel design and the enablement of routes to market from a career in both TeleCo and Payments. As a Senior Director at EVOPay, she built effective, frictionless sales models and propositions – compliant with regulation – in various European markets.
Paul is a senior payments expert with over 25 year’s experience. With a product and consulting background across global markets at processors and solution vendors, ACI and CompassPlus, and most recently as General Manager at an embedded finance start-up.
Davide has over 10 years’ experience in the digital payments industry. He previously held a Senior Director role at Visa focussing on building global programmes in the authentication, identity and risk areas. His past companies include CyberSource and SIA.
Peter was previously, Regional Director at Austria Card. Peter’s extensive experience also comprises senior roles at Oberthur Technologies and Tryg.
Markus has over 15 years‘ experience in top management positions and is an expert in the payment industry. Previous companies include ContentCard where he had a major role in its global expansion.
Mark has over 15 years’ experience in the payments space, including regional sales manager for Worldpay and General Manager for JCB Europe International Ltd. With extensive knowledge of the European market including the Nordics, Benelux, UK and Ireland payments ecosystems.
Nick is ex-chairman of UK Faster Payments and an experienced non-executive director and advisor to technology and payments businesses. His expertise comprises strategic development, risk mitigation and the management of data and GDPR functions.
David is a co-founder of Konsentus and founder and CEO of Polymath Consulting. He is well-known for his work in e-money/prepaid cards and in emerging payment areas such as mobile money, digital wallets and mPOS.
Nadja is a qualified lawyer with more than a decade of experience in the payments industry. She is an expert in financial services legislation and regulation, including the payment services directive (PSD1 & PSD2), compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), customer due diligence (CDD) and GDPR.
